# DM Comment

The **DM Comment** automation lets you automatically send a **direct message (DM)** to someone who leaves a comment on your post.

It’s perfect for welcoming new leads, sending promo links, or following up on specific keywords mentioned in a comment.

### Supported Platforms

DM Comment is currently available for:

* Facebook
* Instagram

### Additional Options

* **Keyword Matching** – available for Text, AI, and Opening; the DM is sent only when the comment matches the keyword you specify.
* **Delay Action** – adds a delay before sending the DM to make it feel more natural.

### How It Works

When DM Comment is enabled, Repliz looks at each new comment and sends a DM based on the **action type** you choose.\
You can select only **one action type** per automation:

1. **Text** – send a fixed text message you create.
2. **AI** – use AI to craft a natural response.
3. **Opening (Button Message)** – send a predefined message that contains quick-reply buttons.
4. **Keyword-based** – send a specific message only if the comment contains certain keywords.
