Before You Start with Automation
Repliz lets you automate many of the repetitive tasks that usually take up your time when managing comments and messages.
Before you jump into creating your first automation rule, here’s a quick overview of how automation works in Repliz.
Types of Automation
Repliz offers two types of automation:
Content-based Automation This type applies only to a specific post or content. You can access and set it up directly from the Live Content menu.
Account-based Automation This type applies to all content on a connected account. The settings can be found under the Account Integration menu.
Note: Reply DM is available only in Account-based Automation.
Delete Comments
Automatically remove unwanted comments based on keywords or let AI detect them for you. This feature works across all supported platforms: Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Threads, and TikTok.
Reply to Comments
Set automated replies to comments using text, AI, or keyword-based triggers. Works on all supported platforms and includes:
Keyword matching: replies are sent only if the comment matches the defined keyword.
Delay action: add a short delay before the reply is sent to make it feel more natural.
Like Comments
Automatically like comments to engage with your audience faster. Available for Facebook and TikTok.
DM from Comment
Send a direct message (DM) to someone who leaves a comment on your post. You can trigger the DM using text, AI, keyword, or opening message (button).
Available for Facebook and Instagram, and supports:
Keyword matching for text, AI, and opening message triggers.
Delay action to control when the DM is sent.
Reply to DM
Set up automated replies for direct messages that come into your account. You can create responses using text, AI, or keyword triggers.
Supported on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You can also attach a single image in your reply based on a keyword (for example: when someone sends the keyword “buy,” the bot replies with a product image).
Currently, image replies are supported on Facebook and Instagram only.
Important: Reply DM is part of Account-based Automation and will not appear in Content-based Automation.
Things to Keep in Mind
Automation helps you save time and respond consistently, but it’s always good to review your rules regularly to ensure they still fit your needs. You can enable, disable, or adjust any rule at any time.
