This example using Account-based Automation

To start the DM by Keyword automation set, follow these steps:

1. Visit the Account Integration menu.

2. Click the three dots on one of the accounts, then select Set Automation.

1. Enter keywords and response text to customize answers based on keywords without any limit on the number of keywords.

You can leave the keyword field blank and fill in the response text for the default response when there is no matching keyword.

1. Once you're done, click Save to start running the automation.
