Explanation related to Keyword Exact Match

Exact Match is an option that controls how keywords are detected in comments or messages. When enabled, the automation will only trigger if the incoming text matches the keyword exactly — no extra words allowed.

When disabled, the automation will trigger as long as the keyword appears anywhere in the text.

Note: Keyword matching in Repliz is not case-sensitive. For example, buy, Buy, or bUY are treated as the same keyword.
