Explanation related to Keyword Matching
Keyword Matching allows your automation to respond only when a comment or message contains specific words or phrases that you set.
It helps you make your automations more targeted, so they don’t reply to every message, only to the ones that matter.
You can use Keyword Matching in several automations, such as Reply Comment and DM Comment. If the incoming text doesn’t match any of the keywords you’ve defined, the automation won’t trigger.
This feature is useful for handling FAQs, product inquiries, or any situation where you want to respond differently based on what users say.
Note: Keyword matching in Repliz is not case-sensitive. For example,
buy,Buy, orbUYare treated as the same keyword.
