This example using Content-based Automation

To start the DM Comment by Opening automation set, follow these steps:

1. Visit the Live Content menu.

2. Select Content, then click the Automation button.

1. Fill in the First Message and Follow-up Message to send messages to users.

• The "First Message" will be sent when the user adds a comment.

• After that, when the user clicks the button from “First Message,” a “Follow-up Message” will be sent.

• If “Additional Message” is active, then after “First Message” it will proceed to “Additional Message” and then to “Follow-up Message.”

1. Once you're done, click Save to start running the automation.
