The Reply Comment automation helps you respond automatically to comments on your posts. It’s designed to save time and keep your audience engaged without having to reply manually to each comment.

Action Types
When you set up Reply Comment, you can choose one of the following action types:
Text – reply with a fixed message you create.
AI – let Repliz’s AI generate a natural reply for each comment.
Keyword-based – reply only if the comment contains specific keywords.
Additional Options
Keyword Matching – available for Text and AI; the reply will only be sent if the comment matches the keyword you specify.
Delay Action – set a delay before sending the reply to make it feel more natural.
How It Works
When Reply Comment is enabled, Repliz scans each incoming comment and responds automatically based on the action type you select. You can choose only one action type per automation:
Text – replies with a fixed message you create.
AI – uses AI to generate a natural reply for each comment.
Keyword-based – replies only if the comment contains specific keywords you define.
