This example using Content-based Automation
To start the Reply Comment by Keyword automation set, follow these steps:
Visit the Live Content menu.
Select Content, then click the Automation button.
Enter keywords and response text to customize answers based on keywords without any limit on the number of keywords.
You can leave the keyword field blank and fill in the response text for the default response when there is no matching keyword.
Once you're done, click Save to start running the automation.
